DELIVERY & shipping

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before 2:00 pm on weekdays, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always manage to meet this, sometimes our 3D products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. Should we for any reason not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

€6.95 for orders.

Delivery is made via the letter carrier or parcel delivery service of PostNL/ DHL. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Reflection time & returns

It can sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order in our webshop up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@3dmarc.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Return customized products?

It is not possible to return products that we have printed especially for you!

Product exchange?

Would you like to exchange your product you purchased in our web shop? That is no problem at all. You can contact info@3dmarc.nl for this . However, you bear the cost of returning the product.

I provided the wrong delivery address!

Provided a wrong delivery address by mistake? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition.

Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens as a result of which you can claim warranty. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We encourage you to first report complaints to us by emailing info@3dmarc.nl.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil .

As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr .

If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
